Getting started

GCare is a Chrome extension. You log into Facebook the way you always do; GCare handles replies for you — it reads new comments every few seconds, matches against the rules you set, and answers naturally.

Install the extension

Open the Chrome Web Store, search "GCare", click "Add to Chrome". When Chrome asks for Facebook permissions, accept so GCare can read and reply on your Facebook tab.

Note

Set a per-hour limit (around 80-100) so it stays at human pace.

Sign in to Facebook

Open a Facebook tab in Chrome and sign in to the account you sell on. Once signed in, click the GCare icon on the Chrome toolbar — the control panel appears.

Your first rule

Go to "Rules", pick the "Asked for price → send price" template. Adjust the reply to match your shop voice. Hit "Activate". From now on, price comments are answered automatically.

Tip

Start with one simple rule. Let it run for a day, check it behaves, then add more.
